Is it possible to have a specific message show when throwing veto exception on a form rule?

Summary:

If a rule has a veto exception triggered when launched on save of a form it doesn't show the message on the pop up on the form, just that the rule failed.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I am having a rule check to see if a user has write access to a scenario/year combination when saving on a form prior to running any logic. If the user does not, I am throwing a veto exception to stop logic from running and an error message is showing in the job log but on the form pop up it's just showing "Rule(s) execution failed for" with the rule name in there but not the message. Our users don't go to job console to open the log so I would like to have the error message
