Hide delete function from contracts action drop-down

Summary:

Hi, I need to hide the delete option for contracts. There are two places, from the action dropdown in the contract, and also in the manage contract page, when you search for a contract, there is the X and the action dropdown> delete.

I have found this document (Doc ID 2917094.1), but I can't find step 5 and 6.

Can you please assist? Have any screenshots?

I can highlight the actions from the contract action button, but I can't find where to hide the delete option. From the search page, I can't even select the action button or the cross.
