AOR based Person Security Profile is not working

AOR based Person Security Profile is not working.

AOR based Person Security Profile is not working as expected. The user should be able to access the data based on AOR scope of Business Unit 'XYZ'. However, the data is accessible from all BU's beyond the AOR scope .

Steps followed to configure this functionality:
1. Configured Person Security Profile based on AOR with the scope of Business Unit
2. Assigned the Person Security profile to Data role
3. Assigned the data role to User
4. Ran the following processes:
- Synchronize Person Records
- Update Person Search Keywords
