Pop Box is missing for an employee while he/she punches in Webclock

Summary:

When an employee punches in(Web clock) a pop up text box would appear, where the employee enter the Store number(Store number configured in Time Entry Layout). For one single employee the pop up box doesn't appear.

Please could someone let me know how the employees are mapped with the time entry layout ? Through Group name ? and if so, please let me know how ?
