Create IDP policy - Apex

Hi Team,

We are trying to achieve what is discussed here in community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/comment/1145388

As per the recommendation, we have to go with option 2. But due to some licensing issues, we want to try option 1 and show internally to our team.

Option 1: Using Fusion Identity Domain

Option 2: Using our own IAM domain

Here question is about Option 1:

How can we create an IdP policy for our APEX application so that users get an IAM login page with both local login and federated login. Any high level steps, can you give us some idea.
