New fields not showing any data in rtf template for document of records

Hello,

I have one Document of record which is working fine but requirement is to add 3 new columns in that ,

For example Notice period/Hours and contract so i added all 3 columns in Document Records Descriptive Flexfields and also added that same column in data model and generate sample xml and upload it in into rtf template and check preview it is showing.

But issue is when generating report from Document of records all 3 new columns showing blank and others columns showing data as old

So i want to know that how to show new columns in Document of records also
