My projects infotile shows wrong information in the project manager dashboard.

I've run UPPD successfully, the infotile shows 63 projects, but the list of projects show 18 active projects, 60 active+draft projects & 71 Active+draft+submitted projects- none of which match with the count shown in the infotile.
