Configure Change Manager action in Local and Global transfer

Summary:

When we do global transfer of a line manager, their assignment number also gets updated. Direct report's line manager's assignment number also gets updated due to this.

Therefore there is a action added in employment history of direct report as well. In our case this action is custom action (ReportChg) of action type Change Manager.

Can you please let me know where this custom action (ReportChg) is attached for Local and Global transfer.

Edit 1 : Just to make question more clear.

Why custom action (ReportChg) is appearing in Employment history of Direct report. Is there any configuration that we do which makes system to assign custom action (reportChg) in Employment history of direct report, when their Line Manger is global transferred.
