How to define Accrual Matrix based on the work shift assigned

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to define accruals for a plan based on the work shift of the employee. Our customer follows 2 work shifts, 8 hours shift and 10 hours shift. If an employee is following a work schedule of 10 hours shift, then they have to accrue 10 hours in a year and vice versa.

How can I check the Work Shift assigned in a Fast Formula? Is there any DBI for the same or should I fetch this value through a value set?
