to implement Automatic Role Provisioning?

We create People Employees and Contingent Workers through the simplified (ERP) form which allows to enter a limited number of details: Department, Job, Manager and a few more therefore we will be limited to use only the this limited set of attributes as conditions for Automatic Role assignment.
