HRHD customized fields to be included in the column filters for Search

Hello,

We are looking for a way to customize (add/remove/adapt) filters on search pages with our customized fields. (for HRHD).

Also, is there a way to get the history of who was assigned the ticket and what time. Timeline history is missing on the SR's which is required at our end.
