Unable to hide start date on Name section of Personal Details Redwood page in VB Studio

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We are facing below two issues when trying to edit pages in VB studio.

(1) We are trying to hide Start Date field on Name section of Personal Details page through VB Studio. We tried adding Business rules and checked the Name section does not show the start date field.

(2)Also we are unable to find the components/Constants regions in VBCS to disable any field.

Could any one help with the above ?
