Overrides not working in alternate hierarchy

Summary:

When override is entered at base entity using the FCCS_Amount Override consolidation member, where there are alternate entity hierarchies, the shared hierarchy where the parent is at a different currency is not populated.

Larger organization have many base entities and entering the overrides correctly in one hierarchy is enough of a task. We always want the same USD value to roll to all alternate hierarchies. For example, base members of Marsh France are in EUR and roll up Marsh Europe which is in USD. Then we have a hierarchy by country where different business lines are combined into Total France, such as Marsh + Mercer + etc. Total France is in EUR.
