Default fields on when and why section of add pending worker

We have the below requirement On 'when and why' page, default proposed worker type to Employee, Legal employer to 'Configured LE', 'what's the way to add the pending worker' to 'Add a pending worker, Business unit to 'Configured BU'. Does Redwood Add pending worker supports defaulting. if any one had similar requirement please share your thoughts on how to achieve this?
