Department LOV in Create Work Relationship is different than Change Assignment - can this be fixed?

Summary: I notice in the latest 24C upgrade the department LOV in Create Work Relationship does not match how the LOV is displaying in the Change Assignment page. In Create WR the column headers are missing and the department/locations values are in one long string. This may cause some confusing for our users because they look for a specific acronym (EM, HM, UC, ect) at the end of the dept.

Can the LOVs be consistent across the workflow pages? It would improve the user experience and be less confusing for users to learn different LOV formats.
