Using REST API to delete FileContent - ORC Job Offer Details Internal Attachment

Summary:

We have a requirement to delete the Internal Attachment of ORC Job Offer. Since there is no API to delete the attachment, we have found an API to delete the file content of the attachment.

We have found the below documentation for the said API.

/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/recruitingUIJobOfferDetails/{OfferId}/child/internalAttachments/{candidateOfferLetterUniqID}/enclosure/FileContents

However, when we are running the delete method of the API (Delete a FileContents), it is giving a "403 Forbidden" error.

Do we need to give a specific permission to the user?
