Is there a way to export commerce data from one environment to another without the clone?

We would like to export commerce data from the PROD environment to the TEST environment.

However, we are doing new implementations in TEST, so we don't want to clone the PROD environment to TEST o we will lose our developments.

Is there a way to only export commerce data from one environment to another without cloning?
