Migration for projects we have created in one instance to another instances

We have created one project in our development environment through which we have published the changes in the source environment and other destination environment, we wanted to understand how we can move the entire projects that we have created in the VB studio to another environment, where we have already VB studio access. We don't want to create the same project in every instance rather we can use the project in other different environment.
