How to add a DFF in Budgetary Control Setup page?

Hi,

Is there a way to add additional information in control budget setup page? Two DFF structures are available under manage descriptive flexfield task for budgetary control but this is not showing while creating a control budget.

These fields can be used only when we upload budgets through FBDi template. Is there a way to add additional field while creating a control budget?
