"The value of the attribute Material Sequence isn't valid" Error while FBDI Work definition Upload

Summary: While Importing Work Definitions, we get the error of "The value of the attribute Material Sequence isn't valid". The Load interface File process was successful.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): The material sequence isn't valid error exist for the duplicate sequence number within same work definition. But we changed the material sequence number so that it won;t get repeated, still the error exist. Due to this whole import process gets impacted. Is the material sequence dependant on some factors? and even after posting unique numbers why the error exist?
