I'm writing to address a recent client request regarding asset transfers. The client has specified that when transferring an asset, the depreciation expense account should be automatically determined by the system based on the asset's category. This account should be greyed out to prevent manual input.
Currently, when adding a line during an asset transfer, the depreciation expense account is not automatically populated. To ensure compliance with the client's requirement, should I create a specific rule within the system to automate the process?
