OTBI Report - How to get the expiry date on the Accrual plan period

Hello,

I am working on an OTBI report and need to extract the expiration date of a specific absence plan period. The challenge I’m facing is that there are different types of plan periods, each with its own expiration date, after which the balance is reset (with carryover).

Since there is no standard field that directly provides the expiration date for a specific absence plan tied to an individual employee, I’m wondering if there’s a way to calculate this using a formula or another method.

Example:
Employee 111 is enrolled in a plan with the period type "Calendar Year," starting on June 1st.
