Message Notification also going to the sender in Help Desk Request
Summary:
We require notification to be sent to the user and agent when they send a message in the Help Desk Request respectively.
We tried creating triggers with different Groovy scripts in the HR Help Desk Request and Message object but the employee sending the message is also receiving the notification. For example, if the user sends the message, both the user and agent receive the notification for that message.
The requirement is when the user sends a message, only the agent should receive the notification for that message and vice versa.
