Option to disable clock in/out from Laptop and Mobile

Summary:

Hi all,

If I enable Geofencing , It is restricting from laptop. But it shows below message.

"Available only on mobile devices because geofencing is enabled"

I want to restrict from all devices out of premise.

Can anyone advise how to enable?
