Null Cost Finder in actual Cost

Hello Experts

I am trying to find an REST API which can help me to find Null Cost present for transaction in actual Cost environment. At same time I can create adjustmet after finding null cost.

I know this one /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/costAdjustments allows to create adjustment.

But How do I find first which has Null Cost?

In Cost Adjustments UI, I see a check box "Show Receipts Without Cost Only", that is exactly what I am looking into the API.
