Drive clause approvals based on creator's role

Hi,

We have a requirement to Drive clause approvals based on creator's role.

For example:

A person who has a role "SDRL_CLAUSE_APPROVALCUSTOM" role assigned to him, submits the clause, the approval should go to all the users who have "SDRL_CLAUSE_APPROVALCUSTOM1" role.

Is there a way by which we can identify the role of owner/creator of clause and trigger the approval rules accordingly?

Found  "Task.ownerRoleDisplayName" / "Task.ownerRole" in the condition search box, but it doesn't seems to be working and clause is still stuck in pending approvals.
