REST API calls not working for Person Identifiers for External Applications Subject Area

Summary:

We have used the role/privilege "Use REST Service - Person Identifiers for External Applications" to give a role/user access to all REST API calls for Person Identifiers for External Applications subject area

However, we cannot access this subject area at all with any of the REST Commands, GET, PATCH, PUT etc
