Remove personal information in negotiation supplier response

Hi All,

We have requirement where for some negotiation like consultancy services, the suppliers are requested to submit personal information example: resume and other personal information,. As per the requirement, once the negotiation is finalized and supplier has been awarded or after a period of time once the services are finished, customer should not retain those personal information. is there any option to delete some of the negotiation response with personal information, we had suggested using the SharePoint option or add part of requirement to send in email, but customer would like to have it as part of the negotiation in
