IP safe listing

Summary:

We send an HCM extract to a 3rd party. They have a single IP address safe-listed for us, however that is subject to change when Quarterly update is implemented. What is the recommended setup to prevent connections failing when IP addresses change? What is the (DNS?) record our 3rd party need to reference in their safe-list policy?
