Inconsistent behavior of data load in FCC

Hello,

We came across strange issue as mentioned below:

Using Data Exchange, file based load was done for one of the entity and it is visible in Workbench.

But same is not visible in FCC smart view retrieval/Data form.

Kindly help to understand this behavior?
