Need BICC Extract PVO for PriceList Lines

What are the available BICC PVO's for PriceList Lines and PVO for QP_MATRIX_DIMENSIONS_VL table or Rules table ?

 Anyone can help on How to access Public PVO object?

I am interested in the below mentioned.

Public PVO name -
"oracle.apps.scm.pricing.common.publicView.PriceListPVO"
