Updating employee Profiles using HDL Loader

Hi Experts

I am hoping you can help. I am trying to update an employees Talent Profile using the HDL Loader and coming up with some errors. The employee already has a Talent Profile set up and my client is wanting to mass upload Degree information to their profiles. I have been using the TalentProfile Business Objects file.

My data is as follows:

METADATA|ProfileItem|SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId|ProfileId(SourceSystemId)|ContentType|ContentItem|SectionName|CountryCountryCode|DateFrom|DateTo
MERGE||EBS||PERS_300000173320273|DEGREE|BS|PERSON_DEGREE|||

Can you please advise if the ProfileItem is generated automatically when loading if not can you please advise where this can be found and if the above is correct?
