Holiday Indicator causal factor is populated by plan Run

Summary:

As per user guide Causal Factors Holiday Indicator 1 , 2 , 3 are placeholder and can be used to for holidays other than Christmas , New year and easter.

I am trying to use Holiday Indicator 1 as a local holiday in April month and updating it as 1 in Past and future bucket from front end directly. But After plan run
Holiday Indicator 1 is populated as 1 in Nov month and my entry from April month disappeared. I dont see any impact on Forecast in April Month.

Does Demand Plan identify holidays using historical data ?
