Surfacing an address field - Redwood Experience for Local and Global Transfer

Within Local and Global Transfer (Redwood experience), is it possible to surface an additional address field when the transfer is Global only? For example, we employ expatriate staff, which requires a Global Transfer to initiate. When that happens, we'd like to surface an address field that complies with country-specific requirements. Furthering the example, we have an expatriate employee in London and therefore, we need to require an additional address field that is a separate field from their domestic address. To be clear, this question is centered around Global transfers only - we don't want any additional address field requirement(s) when
