Unable to Access Learning in Spotlight/Public Info - Error ice-cream cone

Summary:

We had an employee who was assigned our Learning Specialist Role - However, we recently removed the Hiring Manager role from them and it has appeared to cause them to no longer be able to access the Learning in Public Info.

All Learning Specialist should be able to access this information, so I am not sure why removing the Hiring Manager role disrupted this.
