We are considering updating the terminology within the Human Capital Management (HCM) product's user interface, specifically changing the terms "employee" and "worker" to "associate." Before proceeding with this change, we seek to understand the broader implications of this update across other Oracle Cloud Products, like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Financials (FIN).
