Account with member formula does not aggregate to Top Custom dimension

Summary:

I have a Dynamic Calc member with the following member formula in my DSO application:

IF (@ISMBR("FA_Fixed"))
"COSTot" = "BurdenSGA" + "RegionAllocDiff" + "ICAlloc" + "OthMfgCosts"->"Total Functional Area" + "FixInvCostChg"->"Total Functional Area";
ENDIF

I can see the result in the Custom 2 member FA_Fixed. But it's not aggregating to the Top Custom 2 member.
