Inventory Catalog Control and Operational attribute control Mismatch

a. Want to assign Cost functional area to a Master Controlled Catalog.

b. But costing enabled attribute is set at org level.

c. System is not allowing to complete step-a.

d. We changed the control for cst attribute to Master and then assigned the cost functional area suuccesfully.

e. But we have a requirement where items are cst control in some org and not cst control in some other inv orgs.

f. We are able to change later on the costing attribute from master to org level.

Will these create any issues?
