How to Default Value of DFF Based on Inventory Organization in Misc Transaction?

Unable to create DFF dependent to inventory organization when doing inventory transactions like misc issue and movement request issue. The values in the DFF should be defaulted for Inventory orgs and the values in the futures will be increased for any respected inventory orgs.
