Configuration of Default Ship-to Location for POs where Destination Type =Inventory

I am seeking clarification on configuring the Default Ship-to Location in Purchase Orders (POs) within Oracle Cloud.

In our previous E-Business Suite (EBS) system, we had the capability to set a Default Ship-to Location at the PO Header level regardless of the Requestor.

I would like to know if a similar configuration is available in Oracle Cloud for POs with Destination Type = Inventory (Goods).

Specifically, is it possible to define a Default Ship-to Location at the PO header level that is independent of the requestor's location?

Currently, the Default Ship-to Location for POs with Destination Type = Inventory is based on the requestor's location.
