Customs filing for EU region

Summary:

We are using AES customs filing for US export transactions using GTM standard out-of-the-box integration AES FILING VIA DESCARTES GLN. Now, we need to use same customs filing from GTM for EU region countries, like - Netherlands, Germany, Spain etc. But we are not able to find any standard out-of-the-box integration for EU countries (like US). Please guide, how we can integrate for customs filing of export transactions using GTM for EU region countries, like - Netherlands, Germany, Spain.
