Is it possible to embed a Hyperlink with param on Request new Position page in the Redwood Env

Summary:

We have a custom hyperlink with two parameters positionCode and jobCode from the same page and the page is: my Client Group--> Workforce structure-->Request a new Position page
and we want to migrate this page to redwood. So, does Oracle support the custom hyperlink in redwood on the above metnioned page?
