Getting Error While loading Learn Question data through HDL

Hi Team,

I was trying to update question answers data through HDL for existing questions using Scored Flag value as 'Y'. but I was getting below error while loading it on system.

Below are the data for that.

METADATA|Question|QuestionCode|QstnVersionNum|SubscriberName|QuestionType|ScoredFlag|CategoryName
MERGE|Question|123|1|Learning Assessments|1CHOICE|Y|Folder

METADATA|Answer|QuestionCode|QstnVersionNum|SubscriberName|AnswerCode|Score
MERGE|Answer|123|1|Learning Assessments|123_1|1

Meanwhile, we have tried to create second version for this record in system through HDL but we still facing error as (An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details:
