Can we allocate freight cost based on volumetric weight in OTM24C

Summary:

We have a requirement where we shipped Electric copper Cables product and LED lights product and want to allocate cost based on volumetric weight.

1- Electric copper cables packed in Wooden Drums and weigh heavy. Freight cost is based on per Metric Ton.

2- LED lights weigh lighter than cables and freight is based on volumetric weight. Here actual weight of LED is less than volumetric weight.
