What happens if I publish a project that is different from the usual from visualbuilder studio?

I have two projects, one on which I worked for the deployment in test environment of various customizations, another to do tests.
In the first I edited multiple pages, for example Job, Document of Record and Contact.
What happens if I publish the second project, the test one, to edit a single page (for example job of the three mentioned above)?
Does the publication of project 2 also override changes to project 1 on DoR and Contact pages?
