DFF Context value to be defaulted

We are trying to default the value for Context segment as below, but not getting defaulted.

Are we performing any configuration wrong

Expected when User opens Review Dispatch list


At present, it is not getting defaulted. There is a blank value..


We need to select the value from LOV as next step


The configuration for Defaulting a value is made as below
