Fulfillment Changes are Not Reflecting/Syncing
Summary:
When a contract has a fulfillment type of BPA and a change must be done to the BPA (agreed amount needs to change, dates must change, etc), the user must go to the BPA through the Purchase Agreements Module and make the change. It cannot be done in the Enterprise Contract itself. When the user makes the changes to the BPA, those changes do no reflect/sync to the fulfillment tab details at the enterprise contract level. How can we enforce the system to reflect the changes? It causes confusion and issues when the Enterprise Contract shows inaccurate BPA details.
