Change Manager and Employee Calculated Rating in Performance Document to 1.0, 2.0 , 3.0

Hello Connects,

We got requirement to change Manager and Employee Calculated Rating in Performance Document to 1.0, 2.0 , 3.0 like this,

We now have Single Digit Rating like 1 or 2 or 3. Where Decimal is selected as 0.

Do we need to change again from 0 to 1 ? or anything else also. Can anyone help us to say how to achieve?
