Manager can't approve the transactions using the email notification

A manager can't approve the transactions using the email notification, when he clicks send on the pop-up email, he receives the below message:

"The message you sent appears to be un-solicited. If you are responding to a notification, use the response link that was included with your notification.

Current user does not have the ADD privilege on task attribute: ATTACHMENTS. Current user <user-email> does not have ADD privilege for ATTACHMENTS on task with taskId <taskId>. Grant the ADD access for the current user/role. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services."
