where do we create the formula to add it while creating eligibility profile

Summary:

I see some existing accrual absence plans has eligibility profile which were created using Formula (Others tab and then formula section). Where can we create such formula, or where do we find it to edit

Note - I have tried searching in fast formulas(both payroll and compensation modules) with the formula name but no results found
